Mann on a Mission offers a range of Performance Coaching programmes designed to meet the needs of individuals and teams 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Mindset Mission is an 8-week mental skills training programme that Re: Orientates people’s lives so they can achieve higher levels of performance and wellbeing.

The programme is an opportunity to view work and life from a different perspective. To ‘feel’ and realise tangible changes in your physical and emotional world. It will give you the tools to Re: Train your psychology and build the mindset skills to tap into your innate sense of ease, passion and courage...to become the best version of you.

As with anything worth doing in life, there are no quick fixes. The Mission Mindset programme is challenging. It will take commitment and resilience. It will take you tapping into your reserves of focus and discipline BUT there are huge benefits on the other side...

Phases of Execution


The Mindset Mission programme is a three phase operation - Re:Set/ Re:Wire/ Re:Connect. To support throughout the Mindset Mission programme you will also have access to our online Re: Balance program.  Here you will be able to access advice and information on the big four - sleep, hydration, nutrition & exercise.
 

Mindset Mission

Phase 1

Phase One is about finding Clarity in your life. It is about how you vision and plan for tomorrow and what you do to stay connected with what matters today.
 

You are challenged to ‘step back’ from your current reality so you can Re: Set and gain greater levels of Awareness around the way you are operating, living and performing.

Re:Set

Phase 2

Phase Two gets to the heart of what drives our daily patterns. You will develop the mental framework necessary for optimised living and performing.

 

The good news -neuroscience shows we are not fixed as we are. We can Re: Wire ourselves. We’ll do this in two ways – firstly through the development of a daily mindfulness practice and secondly by focusing on a weekly mental skills training subjects.

Re:WIRE

Phase 3

Phase Three is about develop the 'muscle' of discipline, grit and sustained execution. 
 

After the internal work of the first two phases, this final phase is about bringing this into the external. Re: Connecting fully into our work and life so that we can create change and embed the development of our new approach.
